Welcome to Antler Lab. By entering our design lab, uploading photos, creating an account, or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PHOTO UPLOADS
You retain ownership of all photos you upload to the Antler Lab service. However, by uploading content, you warrant that:
- You own or have the explicit legal permission to use and print the photos.
- Your photos do not infringe the copyright, trademark, or privacy rights of any third party.
- Your photos do not contain obscene, defamatory, or unlawful materials.
You grant Antler Lab a limited, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to isolate, repose, modify, and compose the image solely to generate design concepts and fulfill print orders on your behalf.
2. AI ARTIST AND TOPOGRAPHY DISCLAIMER
Antler Lab leverages artificial intelligence models (neural network antler segmentation and stylized drawing) to process uploads:
- Unpredictability: AI-generated concepts are artistic approximations. We do not guarantee exact 1:1 reproductions of your field harvest photographs.
- Topography Maps: Topographic lines are generated locally from public elevation datasets based on coordinates you drop on the map. These lines represent terrain contours for artistic style and are not intended for navigation or surveying.
3. ACCOUNT CREATION & DYNAMIC QUOTAS
To prevent system abuse and manage cloud processing resources, the following quotas are active:
- Signup Allowance: New registered accounts receive **5 lifetime free design runs** (generating up to 15 concepts).
- Purchase Increments: Each completed apparel purchase adds **10 more design runs** to your account balance.
- Abuse Control: Antler Lab reserves the right to suspend accounts attempting automated generation, scraping, or programmatic upload requests.
4. REFUNDS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because all Antler Lab apparel, travel mugs, and prints are custom-made and individually processed with your specific harvest history, **all sales are final**. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors or change of mind. If your product arrives damaged or with a material printing defect, please email us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will issue a replacement.
5. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and Canada, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts therein.
